Your full name and email address are required for registration on our training classes for administrative purposes. By registering for an accredited class with us, you are giving us permission to share your personal data (full name and email address) with the relevant accreditation body (Kanban University or Scrum.org). Following the completion of these classes, your name and email address will be submitted to the relevant accreditation body to create alumni profiles and to issue certificates.
If you register for a training class with us, the submission and its metadata are retained indefinitely. For more information and to see what rights you have over your personal data, see our privacy policy.
You have the right to cancel within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. This is called the “Cancellation Period”. If you cancel within the Cancellation Period, you are entitled to a full refund.
You have the right to a full refund minus administration costs if the cancellation is made outside of the Cancellation Period and 30 days before the start of the training class. You have no right to a refund within 30 days of the start of the training class and if the Cancellation Period has passed.
Note that if you are sent course materials you lose your right to cancel and receieve a refund. Course materials may be shared electronically approximately 2 days before the start of the class start date.
We reserve the right to cancel a training class, for example in the rare event of unavailability of an accredited Red Tangerine trainer due to unforseen circumstances, or if the minimum class size is not met. In these circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer of your place onto a future training class.
Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days from the day we accept that you are entitled to a refund.
You may also, at our discretion, transfer your place to a future training class instance.
