Adopting Agile Across Borders – royalty donations

In the summer of 2021, Apress (part of Springer Nature) published Adopting Agile Across Borders, a book co-authored by Glaudia Califano and David Spinks. It could never have done without the help from Agile Practitioners around the world who contributed to the book with their own personal stories. As a community, a commitment was made that all royalties would be donated to good causes.

Girls Who Code, whose mission is ‘to close the gender gap in technology and to change the image of what a programmer looks like and does’, and The Nature Conservancy, who aim to ‘find paths to solve climate change and biodiversity loss’ are the two organisations that donations have been made to.
