Flippin’ Games

Flippin’ Game

The Flippin’ Game is a simulation from Red Tangerine that demonstrates the impact of batch size and flow. It is an online variant of the exercise known as the Coin Game or the Penny Game and is often run in our Professional Scrum with Kanban class.

The main purpose of the simulation is to experience how reducing batch size can have a positive impact in areas such as lead/cycle time, flow, wait time and idleness to name just a few.
