We are training providers of the Cross Cultural Competence course which was developed based on the work of linguist and leading cross-cultural specialist Richard D. Lewis. The Lewis Model is the cultural model developed by Lewis.
Our training can help participants develop greater cultural awareness, and provide practical solutions to the challanges faced by teams and managers working in multicultural environments. It builds understanding of the main culture types, communication patterns and competencies in managing diversity as defined by Lewis.
