The world is becoming increasingly interconnected as a result of advances in technology, international trade and migration. The affect of this rapid globalisation has resulted in increasing diversity in our organisations and teams.

Many misunderstandings arise due to clashes of culture. If we can better understand each other culturally then these misunderstandings can be reduced and we can build highly perfoming teams and organisations.

We are providers of the Cross Cultural Competence course which was developed based on the work of linguist and leading cross-cultural specialist Richard D. Lewis. The Lewis Model is the cultural model developed by Lewis.

Our course can help participants develop greater cultural awareness, and provide practical solutions to the challanges faced by teams and managers working in multicultural environments. It builds understanding of the main culture types, communication patterns and competencies in managing diversity as defined by Lewis

Our course is ideal for both managers and team members looking to improve their understanding in diverse environments. It is offered as a private workshop for colleagues to explore their cultural differences and create better understanding and empathy with each other.
