We are pleased to announnce the release of our Flippin’ Game!
The Flippin’ Game is a simulation focusing on batch size and flow. It is an online variant of the exercise known as the Coin Game or the Penny Game.
The main purpose of the simulation is to experience how reducing batch size can have a positive impact in areas such as lead/cycle time, flow, wait time and idleness to name just a few.
The game is currently free to use, though donations are welcome to help with support and hosting costs.
